Instead, the modern peach aperitivo is the creation of his great-grandson. Inspired by a large, ice-cold bowl of peaches from the family’s favourite lunch spot in Amalfi — Da Gemma — Cesco wanted to create a fresh, clean peach version of the family’s highly regarded Amalfi Limoncello.
